Yoga is the most popular training practices among those seeking to harmony and balance in their body. More to that, yoga is a perfect way for decreasing stress and providing relaxation. In between, while you can practice yoga, you can soon find yourself in philosophy and spirituality, which yoga obligatory brings into your life.

Our inspiration for the autumn collection is yoga. The designers were practicing in yoga classes and a lot of flexibility and evenness were mixed with strength and discipline in what we have implemented in our new collection.

Bart Rogers is a Toronto City based vinyasa Yoga teacher and Occupational Therapy practitioner. For over 15-years  he has served students (from pre-k to high-school aged), adults and geriatric clients who have or are at risk for developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or participation restrictions at schools, hospitals and private settings as a clinician. 

 

His life as a therapist - with an extensive background in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology - while working with a diversity of clients of all ages and from all walks of life has molded him into the yoga instructor he is today.
